Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://mentalhealthservicesunion.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Restore Minds Behavioral Health reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Services. Restore Minds Behavioral Health provides ADHD Assessment, ADHD Diagnosis, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Depression Treatment, Medication Management and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Restore Minds Behavioral Health and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
End of Use. Restore Minds Behavioral Health may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
No Warranties. Restore Minds Behavioral Health disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Damages. Restore Minds Behavioral Health is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Restore Minds Behavioral Health from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under NJ law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in NJ for any related dispute.
